Nela cared for our three month old for a month when I went back to work. She was incredible. So sweet, amazing with our daughter, and so positive. Our little one took to her right away, and would break into a huge grin when she walked in the door each morning. She made me feel comfortable about leaving my baby for the first time. I decided to quit my job and stay home with my baby girl, but if I hadn't, Nela would still be our number one choice.
