About Mariama

I have never had a paid job caring for children, but I have always worked with children. In high school I volunteered at a daycare center with children between the ages of two and three. I assisted the teacher in various classroom activities, and outside for playground activity. I have also worked with older children through out the years coaching them in cheer-leading, assisting in homework, providing life skills for school and work by being a youth leader throughout high school. I have also volunteered at a daycare center my junior year in high school with kids between the ages of 1-4. I would clean the daycare center, play with the children during in and outside activities. and just interacting with them on a personal level. I myself am a mother of one. I have a 2-year-old that is full of life! so I have personal experience with lively children while balancing everyday life. All children need attention, love, care, and genuine support. Parents should feel no anxiety when leaving.
