About Maria

With experience caring for children of all ages, I understand the unique needs of each age group. My background includes a college degree, and I am certified in First Aid Training and CPR Training. I have experience working at both day camps and overnight summer camps with children of all ages. Most recently I worked at a summer camp in Greece that serves teenagers from across the U. S. I was responsible for the safety and support of children far from home, often for the first time. I am patient, friendly, and always follow the parents' lead when it comes to rules and discipline. I communicate regularly with parents via text or phone call, always respecting their preferred method. I am comfortable caring for up to three children and am happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and travel. I'm motivated by past babysitting roles and desire to support families. I strive to make a positive impact on each child's life, and I look forward to getting to know you!!
