About Bailey

Hi! I'm Bailey, I'm 22 & have over 8 years of hands-on childcare experience, along with a genuine love for connecting with children of all ages. I began caring for kids by running backyard summer camps in rural Vermont, which led to roles as a summer camp counselor, a PALS Programs counselor supporting children with intellectual disabilities, & a trusted babysitter starting at age 14. By 16, I was also tutoring and developing strong skills in patience, communication, & individualized learning. I've cared for children from newborns to age 14 & am comfortable caring for up to six children at once. My approach is rooted in connection, imagination, and kindness. I find deep joy in understanding how each child communicates, encouraging creativity, and leading by example to foster confidence and empathy. I strive to be high-energy & fun while remaining thoughtful, disciplined, and intentional. Raised by a single mom, I'm especially motivated to be someone parents can truly rely on and trust.
