In all the time she worked with us, she only missed work for true emergencies and always communicated with plenty of notice whenever possible. As a parent, that level of professionalism was incredibly valuable. She was attentive to our daughter’s needs and always respected our family’s preferences and routines. One thing we especially appreciated was how proactive she was about keeping our daughter engaged and active. She regularly took her on outings to places like the library, playgrounds, and local activity centers, giving her opportunities to explore and enjoy new experiences.
