It is a pleasure to recommend Jodi. Jodi is a very caring person. She does all she can to make sure her patients are well cared for in areas of organization, meeting needs and doing it all with compassion and kindness. My family had two elderly people (husband and wife) who had traumatic brain injuries and Parkinson’s. One of the greatest strengths demonstrated was exceptional organization. Medications were carefully prepared and organized in advance, making it easy to know exactly what needed to be taken and when. Helpful reminders, including timers and phone alarms, were set up to promote independence while ensuring medications were never overlooked. This level of planning brought tremendous peace of mind. She organized pill drawers and wrote on the calendar regularly to make sure everybody knew when to take medication and be aware of when appointments were happening. She wouldn’t even text family members when necessary so they would be aware as well. Another outstanding quality was the ability to anticipate and meet daily needs. Meals were thoughtfully planned and prepared ahead of time, with easy-to-heat options always available. This simple but meaningful attention to detail made daily life much less stressful and ensured that nutritional needs were consistently met. She also took both of them shopping and to doctor appointments on a regular basis. She had a schedule set so they would know ahead of time when they were going to have an outing. Perhaps most importantly, care was always provided with genuine compassion and love. Every interaction reflected kindness, patience, and respect. It was clear that this was much more than a job—it was a heartfelt commitment to the people being cared for. They were regularly reminded that they were loved and valued, creating a sense of comfort, security, and dignity that is truly priceless. The combination of outstanding organization, attentiveness to daily needs, and heartfelt compassion made an extraordinary difference. Anyone fortunate enough to receive this level of care would be truly blessed.
