About Maria

Empowering students to reach their full potential through personalized support is the cornerstone of my teaching practice. With over 20 years of experience as a Certified teacher, I specialize in making complex mathematical concepts accessible and engaging. I assess my students' unique learning style by observing their interactions with new material, then adapt my strategies-whether through visual aids, hands-on practice, or real-world examples-to ensure they thrive. I believe clear, consistent communication with both student and parents is vital to building the trust necessary for academic growth. Watching a student experience that transformative "aha!" moment as their confidence builds is the most rewarding part of my work. I am dedicated to helping you develop the critical thinking skills needed for long-term success. I look forward to partnering with you and your child's educational journey and celebrating every milestone we achieve together.
