Maria has been a great find for our family. We were looking for short term help with our 2 year old and found her on care.com. Maria takes great care of him, including meal prep, running his schedule, and keeping him engaged with lots and lots of play, music and activities. I love that she is very good at following his schedule - she worked with us proactively to define the schedule and follows it every day. Our lo is very active and curious. She keeps up with him and engages him in arts, games, dance parties, reading and running around in general. She is punctual, also helps with light house work when he is napping. We are very happy to have hired Maria. Our son loves her and we will be sad to let her go when our son goes to preschool.
