About Mariah

Hello! I am an experienced caregiver with a unique background in child safety. As a Canoe Expedition Guide, I was responsible for eight teenagers during a 28-day wilderness expedition. I'm certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED for adults, children, and infants through the American Heart Association. My experience includes working as a Home Care Provider, serving as a Camp Counselor for up to 10 children, and babysitting for families with children of various ages. I currently work as an Environmental Scientist, but am looking for a change of pace. My background has equipped me with exceptional problem-solving skills and a calm approach to challenging situations. I enjoy outdoor activities like skiing, paddle boarding, and hiking as a passionate environmentalist. I have a reliable vehicle, don't smoke, and would love to incorporate fun, educational outdoor activities into childcare. I'm excited to discuss how I can provide excellent care for your children!
