I hired this individual to assist with caring for 2 of my children over a 1 week trial period (my children’s ages are 1 and 3 year old). During the trial time period, she was late 3 out of the 5 days. She demonstrated a pleasant personality overall; however, she didn’t appear to have good handle on the children. It clearly seemed that she lacked experience as a professional nanny. Perhaps, she would be better caring for a single child that is older than my children (perhaps, in the 7-12 age group).
