About Maria Del Sol

Hello! My name is Sol and I am from a small down in central Mexico called San Miguel de Allende and moved to Portland in 2018. I had the privilege of growing up in a highly artistic and bilingual household. I speak both English and Spanish fluently and am skilled in the art of fiber works (knitting, crocheting, embroidery), water color painting, drawing with charcoal, markers and pencils. I have experience with teaching adults Spanish as a second language, and experience with working with kiddos. I would love the opportunity to merge the two and get to teach the next generation the invaluable skill of bilingualism, or encourage artistic expression!
