About Maria

Hello! My name is Maria, and I have been teaching for 10 years. I am a dedicated educator with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping students succeed. Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with students of varying abilities and learning styles, helping them build confidence, strengthen academic skills, and develop a positive attitude toward learning. In addition to my classroom experience, I have privately tutored students in grades 3-6 during the school year and over the summer. I provide individualized support in reading, writing, math, science, and test preparation, tailoring instruction to each student's needs. My experience with the New York State curriculum allows me to help students master grade-level standards while building the skills they need for long-term success. I am patient, reliable, organized, and committed to creating a supportive learning environment where students can grow and achieve their goals.
