About Maria

I offer reliable, honest, and compassionate support with genuine care for the people I work with. I bring almost two decades of experience supporting clients in their homes and daily lives. I've supported people through life transitions, illness, and everyday responsibilities, helping them stay well. Since January 2026, I've been supporting a client with a severe traumatic brain injury (TBI), assisting with daily routines, cognitive and physical exercises, along with complementary modalities such as Reiki (energy healing) and meditation. On a personal level, supporting my mother through her advanced breast cancer journey deepened my understanding of the challenges that come with illness and strengthened my compassion for others navigating similar paths.
