About Maria

I would describe myself as ambitious, outgoing, and dependable. I enjoy working with children because I like creating a safe, positive, and supportive environment where they can learn and grow. Working with kids has helped me strengthen my patience, communication, and leadership skills. I started working with children at the age of 17 so three years ago at the Harris YMCA in the Y-Kids department, where I supervised children, led activities, and supported families. This experience taught me responsibility, teamwork, and communication skills. I am looking for a position where I can continue growing professionally while making a positive impact. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, spending time with friends and family, and staying active. Families should know that I genuinely care about creating a supportive and encouraging environment for their children.
