Right after high school, I got into after school programs and manage a classroom of 20+ kids on my own. After work I would babysit through an app, and been doing that ever since. I am now 29 yrs old and I enjoy being around them especially when I became a mother myself. Being a mom has taught me stuff I didn't even know when I babysat a child, this was obviously more on a personal level. My son is now 4 years old, and as he's growing up learning about the world, I'm learning about his. So in short words, when it comes to my son or any other child(ren) I learn from them like they learn from me. And the best part of it all it's when you are able to build a relationship not only with them but with their parents, because at the end of the day we all need to be in the same page and want what's best for the child(ren).
