With 10 years of experience as a Certified teacher, I specialize in helping elementary students master Math and English by building confidence rather than relying on rote memorization. I assess each student's unique learning style through active observation, tailoring my approach with visual aids, discussions, and hands-on activities to ensure concepts truly click. When students face challenging topics, I break problems into manageable steps and celebrate every small success to maintain momentum. I believe open, consistent communication with families is essential to fostering a collaborative environment. Witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student finally grasps a difficult concept remains the most rewarding part of my work.
