CPR/FIRST AID certified. In the past 10 years I have held positions as a date night babysitter, a live-in nanny, Private Care Taker and a Respite Care Provider for Easter Seals. This includes experience working with twins, toddlers, potty training, tutoring, behavior management, traveling with families, teaching basic things like reading, bike riding, brushing teeth etc. In caring for infants to 18-month-old's, making bottles, changing diapers, keeping to schedules, caring interaction, rocking to sleep, tummy time, teething needs and lots of love seems to me the general rhythm. Working with every families specific needs is key. I enjoy the outdoors, art and being active. I can cook & clean. I work with children who have special needs as well, such as autism (low and high functioning), developmental delays (speech, physical, oral, social, motor skills etc), G-tubes, disorders & syndromes. I believe each child is unique and brings something beautiful to the world... and I love my job!
