Hi there! I'm Leilani :) I have about 13 years of nannying experience with newborn- preschool age as well as special needs kids. I take joy in creating a space for families to feel loved, supported and honored. While working with many families through out the years I've learned that routine, fun and patience are imperative for a thriving nanny/kid relationship. I pride myself on helping parents spend more time with their kids when they get home, by helping out with laundry, groceries, errands etc. I find it a privilege to be able to foster strong healthy relationships with kiddos and be apart of the daily growing and learning!

Leilani was a dream nanny for our family! She worked for us for 4.5 years with our 2 young kids. She treated our kids like they were her own, they were safe, loved, and very happy. She created a fun home environment for them while also having good structure and schedule. They danced, baked, played, and laughed. She was reliable and a good communicator with us. She cared for the kids, cleaned, cooked, did laundry…..a dream!
