Right now I care for a young child who has cerebral palsy, is nonverbal, and tube-fed. I have been taking care of him for almost a year and absolutely love it. I help him with physical and occupational therapy and he is the reason that I am going back to school to learn sign language. Special needs children are a joy to work with. I have learned more from him just by taking care of him.
