As a substitute teacher, I worked with autistic children in Pre-K through 5th grade, supporting students across different levels of the spectrum. I adapted to each child's unique learning and behavioral needs while creating a safe, patient, and encouraging environment that promoted growth, communication, confidence, and positive daily classroom experiences for every student.
