She is so competent and personable. She just knows how to get the right blend of authority and friendliness that draws out my daughter and makes her apply herself enthusiastically to school work. Also inspires a lot of confidence in interacting with school system and curriculum and making it work for us instead of being at its mercy. Basically a total pro at what she does.
