Marcia is amazing! We hired her for three days in November 2025. She is the pinnacle of professional. From the very first communication, Marcia was always on top of everything. She also voluntarily came the day before she started caring for my 22 month old son to introduce herself. She is prepared as she is punctual. She knows how to engage a toddler, redirect when necessary, and take on any tasks that you ask of her. There is no other person that you should consider for hiring to take care of your child(ren).
