About Marasia

Hi there! My name is Marasia and I bring over 15 years of experience in youth programming and care. I hold a degree in Community Recreation and Event Planning Management, and a minor in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I'm currently pursuing a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling where I plan to become a certified play therapist, combining my passion for emotional well-being with my lifelong commitment to child development. I've spent much of my career directing after-school programs and leading summer camps-creating safe, engaging, and fun spaces for children of all ages. Beyond my professional background, I'm also a proud auntie to many wonderful kids, which has deepened my love and natural connection with children. I believe in creating nurturing, creative, and structured environments where children feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow. I look forward to becoming a trusted part of your family's care team.
