About Mara

Working with children and watching them grow and learn is something I genuinely love. I have about three years of experience caring for children from infants through pre-teens, including up to three children at a time. I'm patient, dependable, and calm, and I always want kids to feel comfortable, supported, and cared for. I love finding fun and creative ways to keep kids engaged, whether that's games, crafts, puzzles, reading, outdoor activities, or activities based on their interests. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and have completed Early Child Development coursework. I'm also happy to help with meals, light housekeeping, routines, and swimming supervision. Communication with parents is important to me, and I'm happy to communicate in whatever way works best for your family. I'd love to get to know your family and help your children feel happy, safe, and supported!
