About Manju

I'm Manju, a scientist, educator, and upcoming astronaut for a 2027 spaceflight. I hold a B. S. in Applied Physics and an M. S. in Astronautical Engineering. I've worked at NASA and the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy. I'm also a published writer and children's book author. I love working with students! In 2023, I founded the Youth Institute for Menstrual Freedom through my nonprofit, Operation Period. I developed the curriculum, taught weekly seminars, created lesson plans, graded assignments, and mentored students throughout the program. My goal is to help students build confidence while making learning engaging and approachable. Whether it's math, physics, writing, or study skills, I tailor each session to every student's needs and learning style.
