My name is Malou, and I am based in Batavia. I work with an agency and bring over 15 years of professional experience in senior care. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to every client. I am known for being dependable, dedicated, and trustworthy, with a strong focus on ensuring my clients' comfort, safety, and well-being.

I have extensive experience caring for clients with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and Parkinson's disease. My clinical skills include applying Texas catheters, caring for clients with stomas, and administering G-tube feedings, as well as supporting a wide range of daily living and personal care needs.

First impression was that she was 15 minutes late. Although she was late, we enjoyed our meeting and hired Malou and agreed on a schedule. The following morning she texted and said she could not come that day and then she also wanted to change the agreed hours. 

I texted back that she had put us in a bind and thanks for wasting our time. Luckily we found all this out before she even started. Luckily we had a neighbor on vacation to help while I was out of state.

She was wonderful with my 96 year old mother.  Professional, dependable, knowledgeable, caring and had a great way of getting my mom motivated!

Malou was a caregiver of my husband Don for four years. From the moment we met and interviewed her, we knew she was a perfect fit. She quickly became apart of our family. 

Malou is always smiling and laughing. Without Malou, I would not have been able to keep Don in the house for as long as I did. She helped me find medical equipment, visited Don any time he went into the hospital, and assisted with all his ever changing medications. Anytime Malou came over, she would do laundry, dishes, and cleaning around the house. 

Malou provided so many extra touches that really kicked her above and beyond any caregiver. She went out of her way to pick up biscuits and gravy for Don every week, gave him attentive sponge baths, and was constantly on the look out for ways to make Don's care better.

I cannot recommend Malou highly enough. You will not be disappointed.

She is absolutely awesome, and does everything possible to make you feel comfortable! Wonderful personality as well.

Marilou is an absolute joy! She was extremely accommodating with my crazy changing post surgery schedule. Very personable, caring, willing to help with anything, gentle, kind beautiful soul.

Malou is one of the most loving people I have ever known. When she was working with my mom, my mom had behavioral issues and was upset when she had to get her hair washed and bathed in our powder room. Malou lovingly spoke to my mom and eased her anxieties and by the time she was done my mom would want to kiss her and thanked her over and over again. She was amazing!! Very patient, kind, and absolutely the most perfect caretaker !!
