About Mallory

Hello! My name is Mallory, and I am from Kearney, Missouri. I am an upcoming junior at Mizzou, where I am working toward my goal of becoming a teacher after graduation. My passion for working with children has grown through my experiences both professionally and personally. I previously worked at Kearney Enrichment Council as a SPARK Leader, where I supervised and mentored kindergarten through fifth-grade students while leading activities and creating a positive environment for learning. I currently work part-time as a nanny for a family with two toddlers, which has strengthened my patience, communication, and caregiving skills. These experiences have reinforced my passion for education and helping children grow. Outside of school and work, I love animals and have two cats, including a Ragdoll. I am excited to continue gaining experience and eventually make a positive impact as a future teacher.
