What started off as simple babysitting for extra cash blossomed into a passion for nurturing children in my early adult years. I have a strong love of the arts and reading. I try to nurture a love for stories and story-telling in all the children I come across. I feel that being a part of a child's life and taking part in their development is a profound privilege. But my concern is not only with the children but parents as well. Lisa was with us from the time our son was 3 months old until he turned 3, and as first time parents, she gave us peace of mind from the very beginning that our son had the best care possible. She is reliable, nurturing, engaging, communicative, creative and thoughtful - a true professional who supported our family from the sleepless nights to teething to potty training. She always made sure he ate well, slept well, had lots of time outside and playtime with other children; evolved the daily routine as he has grown. She is extremely engaged and supported him meeting all of his developmental milestones. She communicates with us through the day, sending pictures and updates. We are truly going to miss her and would recommend her to any other family.
