I am a child care professional with experience caring for kids of all ages, personalities, and backgrounds. As a teenager, I was a nanny for a family with 3 kids, ages 1, 4, and 9. Afterwards, I was an overnight summer camp counselor at Camp Chief Ouray YMCA of the Rockies. I was responsible for 8 kids every week, and was usually assigned to arts/crafts and dance activities. I also worked alongside child actors at the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center's theater. Whether I was playing piano with the 4-year-old, making sure everything was perfect for a theater kid's big solo, or teaching kids from camp how to be environmentally conscious, I was grateful to be part of an important period of their lives. Malcolm was a great nanny for our 1.5-year-old son. He put in the extra effort, including visiting our house prior to his first day to learn his way around. He listened to our directions, was mindful of our son's health and safety, and formed a great relationship with our son as well as us (his parents). I would definitely recommend Malcolm to other parents looking for a nanny.
