Mary has been with our family for over two years now and she is hands down the best caretaker we have ever had. She is thoughtful and proactive when it comes to scheduling, and she takes responsibility for the care of our children over and above the just keeping them alive. Our girls absolutely adore her and as they've grown older she has adapted her care taking to meet their individual needs, balancing individualized attention with independence to help them develop into whole people. She's smart, funny, personable, a good listener, amazing with children, and all around a great person. I would highly recommend her for any role.
