About Malaya

Hi! My name is Malaya. I am a patient and compassionate nanny with a genuine passion for supporting children's growth and development. I strive to create a safe, positive, and engaging environment where children feel valued, understood, and encouraged to learn. My approach to childcare is centered on building strong, respectful relationships and fostering confidence, curiosity, and independence in every child I work with. With over 6 years of professional childcare experience, I have cared for children of various ages and have also worked as a private homeschool educator, providing one-on-one instruction and creating personalized learning plans to meet each child's academic and developmental needs. My rate starts at $25 per hour. I am currently pursuing a degree in Psychology with the goal of becoming a Child Life Specialist. I love to read and I also love shopping and all things self care.
