About Makayla

Hi! I'm Makayla, a third-year law student at the University of Florida Levin College of Law with over eight years of experience caring for children of different ages. I come from a large extended family, so childcare has always been a natural and important part of my life. I have experience babysitting, nannying, driving children to school and activities, helping with homework, preparing meals, swimming, crafts, baking, and keeping busy households organized. I'm dependable, patient, energetic, and highly personable, and I genuinely enjoy building strong relationships with both children and parents. Law school has strengthened my time management, communication, and ability to stay calm and organized in demanding situations. I'm also very comfortable with pets and happy to help with light household tasks, errands, and transportation. My availability revolves around my class schedule, with weekday availability and some weekends depending on the week.
