About Makayla

I'd describe my personality as witty, inquisitive, and nurturing. I like working with kids because I find it adoring how receptive their minds are to everything and their natural instinct to just express themselves. I say I started working with kids when I was younger at about 10/11 years old. I was often the family babysitter so I did a lot of sitting for family members. I enjoy a variety of activities. Recently I've started aerial silk classes. I love love reading as my sit down activity and cooking is a favorite as well. I'm always intrigued to learn about new hobbies/skills. One thing you should know about me is I am currently in school for my bachelors degree, majoring in Intergraded Health Studies with a concentration in Behavioral Health. A skill I feel would be important to share is that I am certified in CPR/First Aid/ AED training.
