About Makayla

Hi! My name is Makayla, and I'd love to connect about your nanny opportunity! I recently graduated from Seattle Pacific University with degrees in Nutrition & Dietetics and Honors Liberal Arts. I currently work in corporate sales but am hoping to return to the meaningful, hands-on work of childcare! I have nearly three years of before- and after-school nanny experience, along with part-time infant and toddler care and substitute experience in an infant nanny share. I also spent two summers at SAMBICA supervising 10+ children, including overnight care. My approach is warm, patient, and developmentally intentional. I love outdoor adventures, sensory play, reading, and creative activities! My nutrition background also helps me support healthy eating and development. I'm CPR/First Aid certified, have reliable transportation, and am happy to help with child-related tasks. I'd love to learn more about your family and hope to connect soon!
