Kids need guidance and boundaries so they could learn to be good adults. You only get to be a kid for so long and those moments you're allowed to be even if it just for an afternoon you remember them for lifetime. I'm a stay at home mom, but I would like to venture out the house. My husband gets home when the kids get out of school so I'm available after school till the evening typically Monday through Friday. I'm not opposed to helping pick up the house or do some laundry or take the trash out . I'm just honest and kids are cool.
