I'm passionate about unlocking each student's unique potential through personalized support. My teaching philosophy centers on building confidence and fostering a love for learning and curiosity. I adapt my methods to suit individual learning styles by using visual aids, hands-on activities, and open discussions. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to their interests and celebrating small successes. Communication is essential for understanding student needs and building a collaborative environment. I have a COLLEGE DEGREE and two year of experience tutoring Math, Science, and Study Skills for college students as a lab assistant. However, I am most interested in tutoring individuals in elementary and middle school. The most rewarding part of tutoring is witnessing that "aha!" moment and seeing a child's academic confidence grow. I would love to help your student thrive academically, but also individually and socially!
