About Maggie

Hi, I'm Maggie! I'm currently a first-year graduate student in an Occupational Therapy Doctorate (OTD) program. I graduated in 2024 from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a degree in Applied Health Science. During my undergraduate studies, I worked as a direct support professional in a group home for adults with disabilities, where I gained valuable experience providing compassionate, individualized care. Over the summers, I worked full-time as a nanny for multiple families, caring for up to three children at a time, ranging in age from 2 to 15 years old. After graduation, I took a year off before starting graduate school to work as a supervisor for an Adult Day Program, supporting adults with diverse needs and helping lead daily activities and care. I am CPR certified and have reliable transportation. I am dependable, patient, and passionate about supporting individuals of all ages in a safe, engaging, and positive environment.
