About Maggie

Hi! I'm a caring, dependable, and energetic childcare professional with experience working with children as both an RBT and Lead RBT. My background has taught me how to create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment while being patient and attentive to each child's individual needs. I have experience working one-on-one and with multiple children, supporting routines, managing challenging behaviors, encouraging communication and independence, and creating activities that are both fun and purposeful. I'm comfortable helping with meals and snacks, transportation, playtime, homework, bedtime routines, and keeping children's spaces organized. I truly enjoy working with children and building trusting relationships with both children and their families. I'm responsible, flexible, communicative, and someone families can feel confident relying on. I'm excited to bring my childcare and behavioral experience into a nanny role and become a positive, dependable part of a family's routine.
