Maggie has taken great care of our 6 month old daughter over the last 3 months. She has also watched our 2.5 year old son during this time and he has really enjoyed spending time with her. Maggie has been 100% reliable, always on time, flexible, and willing to work long hours as needed. She takes direction exceptionally well; listens carefully to understand what you need, then does exactly that. She has been gentle, caring, and patient with our baby, which were our priorities for a caregiver. She paid close attention to what she needed, learned how to keep her fed, well-rested, and happy, and helped us establish a solid routine. I would absolutely re-hire Maggie in the future and recommend her without hesitation!
