Jessica is very much in tune with our 2 boys. Both have different personalities and she is able to adjust her technique in caring for them. She makes sure we know what is going on at all times and follow up with us periodically. Finding a great caretaker is hard. I believe we are very lucky to have found her and will continue our journey with her as long as she allows is to be a part of her life journey.
