Hello families, I have over 8 years of paid childcare experience. including 4. 5 of those years as a pre-school teacher as well as a live-in nanny for yr in Melbourne, Australia. I'm comfortable and confident with all age groups between newborn-8yrs old. With my expertise being 1-5yrs old I really value & actively practice play-based learning, child lead activities, positive reinforcement, and to simply allow kiddos to have a say in their little lives by providing them with choices, opportunities to test/explore their full range of curiosity (within safe limits), and to ultimately provide space for them to navigate their day by providing a safe, encouraging, fun, and patient atmosphere while in my care.
