I'm a career nanny and household manager with 15 years of experience in the Charlotte area. I'm finishing a 2. 5-year nanny share ending around spring break as the children transition to preschool. Previously, I spent over four years as a nanny and household manager, supporting families with daily routines, schedules, and household needs. My experience ranges from newborns (including night nannying & teaching preschool) through high school-aged children. I've also traveled with families, including flights, cruises, and resort stays; I'm comfortable managing childcare while traveling. I'm currently completing my Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) credentials. Outside of work, I'm an active member of the Charlotte running community, as both a runner and volunteer in local races and charity events. We were visiting the Charlotte area for my brother’s wedding and had the pleasure of hiring Magan to care for our one-year-old—and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Before our trip, Magan took the time to FaceTime with us, which immediately put us at ease and made us feel so much more comfortable. Traveling with a toddler can be stressful, but she went above and beyond—she had a wide variety of baby items and toys available for us to borrow, which was incredibly helpful since we were flying and limited on space. Magan is incredibly warm and kind, and our daughter took to her right away. I had shared our baby’s routine in advance (playtime, naps, meals, and bedtime), and she followed it exactly, which meant so much to us. Throughout her time with our daughter, she also sent thoughtful updates, including texts and pictures, which gave us such peace of mind. Since our hotel was close to where Magan lives, she also provided helpful recommendations for nearby parks, grocery stores, and other local spots we might need—it made navigating a new area so much easier. Magan is truly wonderful. She calmed all of our worries and made us feel completely comfortable leaving our daughter in her care. We only wish she lived closer so we could work with her more often! She was absolutely amazing, and you will not regret hiring her.
