Making a meaningful difference in someone's life is at the heart of my work as a caregiver. With over 11 years of experience supporting the geriatric population, I bring compassion and strong attention to detail to every individual I serve. I am committed to promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being. I am a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L) and CPR-trained. I provide assistance with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication management, and mobility support. I also have experience in memory care, including de-escalating stressful situations and incorporating supportive, engaging activities. Communication with families is very important to me.
