My passion stems from a deep desire to support well-being and independence, inspired by positive experiences in previous roles. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly, always striving to make a positive impact. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with personal care, perform light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I am adept at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion with individuals who have memory care needs. I communicate with families through daily reports, text, or phone calls, always respecting their preferred method. Independence is important to me when building a connection with a care recipient. I have a high school degree, a car, and I am comfortable with pets. I am also CPR and First Aid certified.
