About Madison

With over 10 years of caregiving experience, I began nannying and tutoring at 17 and continued alongside my professional office career. As the oldest of seven siblings, caregiving has always been a natural part of my life. I've worked with children of various ages and learning styles, including special needs students. I currently assist in caring for my grandmother with Parkinson's, which has strengthened my patience, attentiveness, and commitment to consistency in daily care. I am encouraging, uplifting, calm under pressure, and value creating a safe and nurturing environment. My Christian faith guides me to lead with kindness and integrity.
