I have nothing but great things to say about Maddy! She's everything you'd want in a sitter or nanny and much, much more! Maddy watched my infant son for 30 hours/week and occasionally my 2-year-old daughter during a time when my husband and I were feeling stretched thin. During that time, she was punctual, communicative, and professional. She took care of my kids AND took care of us. There was never a day the house wasn't left in better condition than it was when she arrived. Whether it was doing the kids' laundry, washing dishes, unloading the dishwasher, or picking up, if Maddy noticed she could do something to help us out, she did it! It helped us to spend more time as a family at the end of the day, and it's all thanks to her. Maddy has great work ethic, which can be hard to find. She was also wonderful with my kids. My son would refuse to drink his bottle at times, but Maddy figured out a special way to get him to drink it. She would talk to him, work with him on tummy time, read and sing to him, and take him on walks. She helped with potty-training for my daughter and met her level of play with enthusiasm. Maddy is exceptional - I could not have asked for more from her during the time she was with us.
