Hi there! I can't wait to meet you and your family! I am a recent Texas State grad, and earned my degree in December. My work experience with children includes 3 years of nannying experience working and 2 years in child watch . I also received training on how to communicate with children during the two years I spent in the PALS (Peer Assisted Leadership and Service) Program . In terms of training, I learned communication and de-escalation skills meant to be used for a wide range of situations; whether a casual conversation or speaking with a child dealing with serious situations such as bullying. Through the years I have been able to build bonds with the kids I work with through talking, playing, and doing crafts. I am able to carry this creativity in building bonds with your kids! I am CPR certified and have experience working with children ranging in age from 6 months to 13.

Eliana was awesome with our 3 kids and the kids looked forward to seeing her everyday during their winter break. She is dependable, responsible and kind. Eliana was patient when helping the kids with their work books and fun science experiments. She keep the kids active from outside backyard time, riding bikes or scooter to the park. Eliana is a safe driver, she drove my kids to the park a couple times. We would definitely hire her again and recommend her to other families for future jobs.
