About Madison

I'd describe my personality as being very patient, kind and hardworking. I like working with kids because I believe they are the most important members of our society. They are our future and deserve to be nurtured and loved so they can grow into wonderful people. I started working with kids when I was very young, and began pursuing it as a career through the CACTC Child Development and Early Education program. This program allowed me to spend the past 4 years babysitting and interning at a preschool and elementary school. I've also received my First Aid and CPR, RIELDS, and Teaching Assistant certifications all through the program. My skills include diffusing chaotic situations, helping with school work, and creating activities for children. I make it a point to always plan fun, developmentally appropriate activities for the children I care for. I believe it is important to imbue every day with varied play that promotes healthy development and education.
