About Claudine

I absolutely love providing a caring environment for children to feel safe and thrive! I have dedicated 30+ years to the early childhood field; first as the owner of a licensed and nationally accredited family child care program where I cared for children from infancy through age five. I ran this business for 9 years until I was given an opportunity to teach and direct at a local preschool program which felt like a natural transition for me; as it was very small, family- oriented, and followed a child-centered approach to learning; which is how I have always believed children do best. The school I worked in for the last 24 yrs is Reggio Emilia - inspired. I believe strongly in creating a strong partnership with parents in both of my past positions. I am happy to have developed wonderful, lasting relatiinshios with many of the families I've worked with. I am looking for 25-30 hours/week, ideally within 3-4 days.. I'd love to chat and see if we would be a good fit!
