About Madison

Forming a positive, loving, and trusting connection with children has always come naturally to me. I encourage creativity, learning, and activities that encourage kids to use their imaginations. I'm always happy to build a fort, color, or read their favorite book. I started working with kids when I was 12 as a mommy's helper! Throughout the last 10 years, I have enjoyed working consistently for over 15 families. From being a babysitter, to a trusted driver, to eventually a full-time nanny, I create strong bonds with the families I care for. Even though I moved away from my hometown after college, I still go back to visit the kids whenever I can. In my spare time, I'm an avid reader and writer. My undergraduate degree is in Legal Studies and Poetry from the University of Pittsburgh. I enjoy learning as much as I can post-grad. One thing you should know about me is that I'm reliable. I have never, in my 10 years of caretaking, cancelled on a family last minute.
